We try to describe and display our products, including the Emberwell Bulb and its features, as accurately as possible. However, we don't guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are always accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device's display.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and, unless stated otherwise, include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. Payment is processed securely at checkout through our third-party payment providers; we do not store your full payment card details.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Receiving an order confirmation email doesn't guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you'll receive a full refund.

Shipping and Returns

Product Safety

The Emberwell Bulb contains a rechargeable battery. Please follow the included instructions for charging, use, and disposal. Do not attempt to open, modify, or dispose of the product in household waste; dispose of batteries according to your local regulations.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia, except where applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
